A Balanced Body, Inc; formerly Studio Orlando, is a collection of independently contracted professionals: strength and conditioning specialists, Pilates instructors, yoga instructors, personal trainers, nutritionists, and massage therapists.  We are contracted by you and we rent space at various locations or we can travel to you.  Currently, we conduct most of our work in 2,000 square foot studio in the heart of Winter Park, Florida.
