(220-age)*.70 (+/-10) = low Range
(220-age)*.85 (+/-10) = High Range
For weight Loss
minimum 4 bouts per week (5 optimal)
50-90 minutes with (5min warm-up, 5min cool-down)
For Hearth Health
Minimum 5 Bouts per week (7 optimal)
30-40 minutes with (5min warm-up, 5min cool-down)
