Romaine lettuce, red and green leaf lettuce,
turnip greens, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, spirulina seaweed, ½ sweet
potatoes w/skin, tomatoes, carrots, squash, garlic, green tea.
Protein:
Tofu, dairy – eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk (though soy is
better), cheese (Ý fat), skinless chicken, deep
ocean-water fish (salmon, sword, tuna, etc), lean meats, and soy (tofu).
Fat:
Olive oils, canola oil, safflower oil, Nuts – almonds, walnuts,
sunflower seeds. (Careful do not eat too many High FAT & calorie content,
but good source of high fiber, protein, carbs, minerals and vitamins)
