            Massage Bio:

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2003.  Due to my own interest and participation in sports activities (cycling and triathlons) I enjoy working with athletes of any specificity, gender or age.

Yoga Bio: 

I have been teaching yoga since 1999.  I have 500+ hours of supervised Anusara training either from John Friend (founder) or through an Anusara certified teacher, and have attended over 20 workshops all over the country.  In 2004, I added on another branch of yoga, Ashtanga, which tends to have more of a flow and adds intensity to my repertoire.
