About the Instructors

Marilyn Glasser has a background of dance training, dance
therapy and teaching aerobics in addition to yoga. She has
learned from many teachers of
different yoga styles and has been especially inspired by
Rodney Yee and Erich Schiffman. Her teaching of awareness,
flow and alignment
is a tapestry woven from these threads. Marilyn believes
that teaching is a sweet blessing, and each class is a
blissfully conscious awakening.
